The Sales Assistant is an essential position that helps facilitiate sales from within the office environment. You must work closely with our Internal sales and office staff to facilitiate and emphasize sales. This is done by processing paperwork, entering orders, communicating with clients and potential clients, using our software system.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Take incoming calls for clients and potential clients
2. Enter Orders in the ERP system.
3. Be a postive motivating force inside the office
4. Process claims paperwork
Qualifications and Skills
1. Above average with computers and typing
2. Great customer service and phone manner
3. High School Education or Above
5. Be a team player
