Superintendent We are an established general contractor in New Orleans and metro area looking for a superintendent with a minimum of 10 years experience in new residential construction, historic renovations and light commercial construction.
We expect 2018 is going to be a year of growth for our company and we are growing fast and looking for the right person to grow with us.What You Will Be Doing- Organized in ordering and receiving materials- Scheduling subs and vendors - Create a daily log for all assigned projects.
- Read blue prints for both residential and commercial.
- Prepare itemized budgets in excel or estimating software- Cost tracking analysis- Quality control- Inspections-Client Relations-Manage Site Clean Up-Occasionally will be asked to help with punch out or various trades as neededWhat You Need for this Position-10 Years of experience as a Superintendent.
